    Observation Schedule

    The Observation Schedule function allows you to assign an employee an observation frequency. An observation frequency is the number of observations that are required to be conducted per month.

    Adding an Observation Frequency

    1. Open the Observations module by selecting the Observations tab in the main menu.
    2. On the horizontal menu select Observation Schedule.
    3. Select the green plus sign in the upper left and then select the Add Schedule button.
    4. Complete the appropriate fields.
    5. Select the Save button.
    6. If all required fields are complete and all data is in a valid format, the successful save message will appear.

    Quick Steps Example: Assign an Employee a New Frequency

    1. Open the Observations module by selecting the Observations tab in the main menu.
    2. On the horizontal menu select Observation Schedule.
    3. Find the Employee in the Observation Schedule Summary.
    4. Select the appropriate System ID.
    5. Select the Add option for the Add/Remove observation frequency field to add a new frequency.
    6. Complete the appropriate fields and select the Save button.
