Design and System Requirements
For those organizations requiring configuration and customizations to our safety software, we work with you to determine the appropriate modifications that might be required. We review your business processes and determine with you the software modifications that may help you best achieve your return on investment and improve safety. Our design review process is simple and straightforward and our documentation is clear and concise, so that your organization understands and approves system modifications before they are made.
Site Set Up Assistance
For each organization, we set up a unique subscription site. We configure the site to match the modules and number and type of users purchased by your organization. This site is only accessible to individuals in your organization and we provide a seperate schema for each client site. We provide a three hour technical assistance and set-up session via web conference. Our configuration expert assists clients with initial set-up and configuration settings including detailed analysis and advice. Once your site is set-up, you can configure site details yourself including facility, user, forms, and email settings; or we can work with you to assist you in system configuration and customization. Based on your design and system requirements we can configure our safety management software to meet your specific business needs. We follow rigorous quality control and quality assurance practices when we build and configure software so that your configurations and customizations are built as designed and error free, the first time. We also provide you with opportunity to acceptance test the software to make sure we have met your design and system requirements. We provide documentation on all our modifications that meet or exceed industry standards.
Data Conversion and Integration
We are experienced and familiar with converting legacy data from existing and disparate safety databases of different types and creating connections to Human Resources, Claims (including Third Paty Administrator) systems, and payroll systems. We convert existing data into our safety management software and also create integrations with existing systems. We provide you with data conversion plans and data integration plans that are easy to follow. We work with you to assure that all your data integration and data conversion needs are met.
