Data Integration and Conversion
TRA can connect IndustrySafe with your other systems including, Human Resources, Payroll, Active Directory, Third Party Administrators and more.
This integration is designed for organizations that may already have a database for existing safety data and/or a front end application that allows for the entry of safety data, but are missing key analytics and detailed reporting of this data. With our dashboard incident integration, you provide us with your incident data based on our dashboard specifications on an on-going basis and we input the data into IndustrySafe. Dashboard metrics and other key incident reports are automatically updated and generated providing you with the latest business intelligence to manage safety.

Calculation of OSHA Incident Rates (Total Case Incident Rate and Days Away Restricted Transfer Rate) and the OSHA 300A log requires detailed recordkeeping of hours by locations. Organizations can automatically transfer hours worked data by location, worker type and month into IndustrySafe. This integration will allow for the generation of detailed Incident rate reports without tedious data entry of hours.

HR Employee Information
Integrating basic employee information into IndustrySafe will allow for quicker entry of incident and training records as well as automatic calculation of key incident analytics such as Incidents by Worker Age, Incidents by Time with Company, and completion of the OSHA 301 form. IndustrySafe offers several tools to import human resource information regarding your employees and/or contractors into IndustrySafe Safety Software. Employees and/or contractors can be added one by one , imported by System Administrators using an Excel wizard, or uploaded automatically using our employee import service.

IndustrySafe offers the flexibility to allow System Administrators to import their inspection templates into the software using an Excel spreadsheet wizard. For those organizations that may need a little extra help in importing their inspections into IndustrySafe we can import your checklists for you. We will take your word, excel, or pdf inspection form, make neccessary modifications, and import it into IndustrySafe. (Inspection forms will have to match the IndustrySafe template -but we will do the matching and conversion for you).

Inspection Mobile Apps
IndustrySafe works with Canvas to allow you to conduct inspections on your mobile devices and to connect the data in real-time to the IndustrySafe Software. IndustrySafe includes pre-built safety inspection templates or we will work wit you to create mobile apps that match your inspections.

Organizations will need to input their locations into IndustrySafe prior to using the software. For organizations with multiple locations, clients, regions, business groups etc. this process can be time consuming. For organizations who purchase either the Web Set-Up assistance or on-site training, we will provide an one time import of your facility information into the IndustrySafe Safety Software (simply provide us with a spreadsheet of your locations.) For organizations that constantly have changing locations we can also provide an on-going import service.

Single Sign On
Users often have muliple user names and passwords to remember to login to various software tools. With IndustrySafe's secure single sign on process, users on a secure intranet can automatically be logged into IndustrySafe without having to login again.

Third Party Administrators/Insurers - Claims Data
IndustrySafe can solve the problem of entering and reporting on the same incident multiple times to various individuals or organizations. With the IndustrySafe Safety Software, incident data can be entered into IndustrySafe once and appropriate individuals automatically notified. Incidents that result in either worker's compensation claims; or property damage claims; or vehicle claims (or a combination thereof) can be automatically submitted to a Third Party Administrator (TPA) or Insurer. We have completed integrations with several of the largest TPAs. We can also conduct a "reverse" integration where TPA claim information including detailed cost figures can be uploaded into IndustrySafe on an on-going basis -allowing organizations to calculate the total cost of an incident.
