The deadline for employers to submit workplace injury and illness paperwork to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is quickly approaching. - Cases in which an employee may have contracted tuberculosis, based on the results of a test performed by a physician or licensed healthcare professional when it is known that the employee has been exposed to an active infection
- Situations in which an employee takes a hearing test and it is determined that they have experienced a Standard Threshold Shift in one or both ears.
