Hello, and welcome back to IndustrySafe's video blog series. Today, we'll be talking about some of the workplace OSHA safety regulations currently being drafted.

Two years ago OSHA proposed a new rule that would require companies with 20 or more employees in certain industries to electronically submit information for work-related injuries and illnesses. This information would then be made publicly available on the agency's website, in an effort to increase transparency on an organization's commitment to worker safety.

Some groups have spoken out against this proposed rule, saying it would encourage under-reporting of employee injuries. OSHA is currently evaluating the ruling, and is expected to release the final draft in August.

Make sure your company stays compliant with the latest OSHA regulations with real-time safety management software from IndustrySafe.
