In August of 2018 Fadi Awadalla joined the team here at IndustrySafe as a System Administrator.
Fadi plays a key role in monitoring, maintaining, and repairing IndustrySafe's infrastructure system. This essentially means he is responsible for keeping the IndusrySafe software secure and operational. Fadi also helps manage all network hardware and equipment around the office.
To learn more about Fadi's life beyond IndustrySafe, read the brief Q&A session we had with him.
What is your hometown?
I grew up in Old Bridge, New Jersey.
What did you do before working here?
I was working as a Systems Engineer at a Managed Service Provider in the Philadelphia suburbs. After that, I took a break from the working world to volunteer with an American Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) on their relief mission in Nepal to build schools.
What do you like most about your job?
I was focused on joining a company with great people and I really hit it out of the park with the team here. I really enjoy collaboratively working on technical infrastructure projects, as well as planning the future for this infrastructure.
What do you enjoy doing when you're not at work?
I like reading, movies, and improving my cooking. I also like buying running shoes and pretending I'll get out there. And the NBA. Go Sixers!
