Elizabeth "Liz" Munz joined the IndustrySafe family in May 2019 as a Technical Support Analyst.
As a Technical Support Analyst, Liz is a member of the Tier II support team. She assists with customer support requests that require more technical expertise. This includes monitoring data interfaces, configuring changes in IndustrySafe's databases, and resolving one-time errors.
To learn more about Liz, check out the brief Q&A session we had with her.
Where is your hometown?
I grew up in Oreland, PA.
What did you do before working here?
I was studying Computer Science at Temple University. I graduated in May and 4 days later was my first day at IndustrySafe!
What do you like most about your job?
I get great satisfaction from solving problems and fixing things, so the whole tech support role is my jam. The best is when I can find a unique workaround to fulfill a client's desire for something that can't be done on the front end of our site configuration.
What would people be surprised to know about you?
I have been avid fan of building with LEGO bricks my whole life. There's a whole room full of my LEGOs still in my parents' house.
What do you enjoy doing when you're not at work?
When I go out, it's usually to a museum or a nice restaurant here in Philly. When I stay in, I'm playing board games with friends.
