In October of 2017, Nick Corrato joined the IndustrySafe team as a Business & Support Analyst. Since then, Nick has been supporting our Implementation and Support teams with their daily activities, including responding to incoming customer support and service calls, scheduling account reviews with customers, and much more.

What is your hometown?
What did you do before working here?
Prior to joining the IndustrySafe team, I worked in the healthcare industry for several years, and in a number of different roles. Most recently, I was a regional account manager in the Southeastern U.S. – primarily Louisiana and Florida. I worked closely with our client hospitals in those states to ensure satisfaction with our services.
What do you like most about your job?
Over my first few weeks at IndustrySafe, I have enjoyed speaking with our clients through the support line, and helping them to troubleshoot issues that they have experienced. Receiving those calls is exciting, because you never know what you will encounter on the other end of the line.
What would people be surprised to know about you?
My guilty pleasure is Dancing with the Stars, which my fiancée, Katie, and I watch religiously every Monday when it is in-season. We also attend the live show when they swing through the Philadelphia area.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
I love sports, animals, and just being outside in general. When not working, I spend time at the park near my house with my 3-year-old lab/shepherd mix, Jasmine. I have also played ice hockey for most of my life, and continue to play ice and roller hockey at least once a week if I can.
