Kaho Lee joined the IndustrySafe team as QA Software Manager in November of 2017. Since his arrival, Kaho has been responsible for leading the overall development of IndustrySafe's QA strategy and best practices. Kaho has developed and implemented tools and test infrastructure to achieve automated and manual functional testing, as well as regression, integration, UAT, load, and performance testing.

What is your hometown?
I was born in Hong Kong, came to the US when I was around 4 years old, and grew up in Cherry Hill, NJ.
What did you do before working here?
I served as a Quality Assurance Manager at a start-up company which supplied data analytics, metrics reporting, and dashboard software for oil and gas companies.
What do you like most about your job?
Every day I get to work on different projects or applications, which keeps me on my toes. I also enjoy the process of helping to shape and grow the application from conceptualization to delivery. Another thing I like is the ability to work/interact with different members of the team on any given day, getting to interact with all members of the organization.
What would people be surprised to know about you?
I like to collect sneakers and have close to 50 pairs of sneakers.
What do you enjoy doing when you're not at work?
Staying active – running, working out, being outside with my dog, and hip hop dancing.
