Q. What is the difference
between the free demo and the free 30 day trial subscription?
A. The free demo provides you with access to our IndustrySafe demo
site. This site is available to anyone who has signed up for a username
and password for IndustrySafe Safety Management Software. The demo site
is filled with "test" data entered in by us and our demo users and is a great
way to view the features and functionality of IndustrySafe.
The free 30 day trial subscription provides you with an IndustrySafe site
accessible only to you and your trial users. Data entered and
configuration settings can only be viewed/edited by you and your trial
users. The 30 day subscription trial is a great way to pilot IndustrySafe
Safety Managment Software to see if it is right for your organization. If
you continue with an IndustrySafe subscription after the 30 day trial, all your
data and configuration settings will be available for continued use.

Q. How do I
subscribe?
A. Throughout our site you will notice Subscribe Now buttons and or
subscribe hyperlinks that will bring you to our simple online subscription
process for IndustrySafe Safety Management software. Subscription pricing
information is available on our pricing page. Please contact us if you
need additional or custom pricing information.

Q. Can I complete my OSHA log
reporting requirements using IndustrySafe?
A. Yes. Incidents entered into IndustrySafe will be checked by the
software to see if they are OSHA reportable. If an incident is OSHA
reportable, a pop-up alert will let you know the incident is OSHA reportable
and the incident will automatically be placed on the OSHA 300 and 300A
logs. Advanced OSHA reporting features such as redlining, counting
non-consecutive missed and restricted days, and detailed help guides on OSHA
defintions are also available in IndustrySafe Safety Mangement Software.

Q. How do I enter employee
information into IndustrySafe?
A. There are three ways to easily enter employee (and/or
contractor) information into IndustrySafe. Employees can be entered one at
a time; IndustrySafe System Administrators can use a wizard to upload employees
from an Excel spreadshhet, and your IT department can work with us to provide
an automatic FTP import into IndustrySafe.

Q. I can't remember my password?
A. Go to the Client Login page of IndustrySafe and select the password
reset button to have a new password emailed to you.
