Network and Security
Monitoring. The IndustrySafe Server includes
firewall protection -Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server
2006. Microsoft ISA Server can help organizations protect their environments
from internally- and externally-originating Internet-based threats. With a
hybrid proxy-firewall architecture, deep content inspection, granular policies,
and comprehensive alerting and monitoring capabilities, ISA Server 2006 makes
it easier to manage and protect your network. The data center monitors
the logs and alerts generated by ISA Server 2006 on an ongoing basis.

Application Security. All
data on the IndustrySafe sites utilize Secure Socket Layer to transmit and
encrypt data. In addition each user has a unique username and encrypted
password. Each customer has a separate schema so that customers are unable to
access the data of other customers. Customer System Administrators can view
detailed audit logs of all of their user activity. TRA staff monitors and logs
user and site activity for unauthorized or suspicious activity on a daily
basis. While TRA has formal procedures to respond to unauthorized and
suspicious activity, TRA has not experienced any unauthorized or suspicious
activity to date.
