OSHA 300, 301, 300A.  IndustrySafe automatically generates OSHA 301, 300, and 300A reports. As you enter incidents into the system, IndustrySafe alerts you to those incidents that are OSHA reportable, generates the appropriate 301 reports, and automatically updates the OSHA 300 log and 300A report. For large organizations, the OSHA logs and reports can easily be generated for multiple facilities.

First Report of Injury.    IndustrySafe automatically generates a workers compensation form for those incidents that result in a workers compensation claim.  State Specific print outs can be generated and integrations with Third Party Administrators achieved.

Checklists based on OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926. IndustrySafe's safety inspection checklists include checklist topics and items that are based on OSHA 29 CRF 1910 and 1926 standards. Individual checklist items reference the exact OSHA standard so that you can be sure that to comply with applicable OSHA regulations.

OSHA VPP Merit and Star Programs. IndustrySafe provides organizations with safety management software to assist  in OSHA's Voluntary Protection Program. Pre-set reports display injury and illness incidence rates (including DART and TCIR rates); Recommended OSHA VPP checklists for safety inspections are included; and employees have the ability to report hazardous conditions anonymously.
