The system functions module contains the administrative functions of IndustrySafe. The module is comprised of four parts: Company Profile, Set-Up, User Preferences and User Level Manager. The Company Profile section allows a system admin to define the company including address, facilities and number of employees. The Set-Up section allows a System Administrator to add and edit fields and list boxes, edit email templates, configure the incident work flow and edit inspection checklists. The User Preferences section allows all users can change their password, set their user preferences, and change their email address. The User Level Manger allows a System Administrator to add and edit users and define user levels. In addition there is a Reports & Analysis section which contain global reports, mostly related to email notifications and email alerts.
