Security Incidents

The Security module allows the user to track, analyze and record all security incidents. There are two types of security recording forms: Security Initiated Recording Forms and Security Activity Forms. Security Initiated Recording Forms are generated via the security module, while Security Activity Forms are generated via the Incident module and are linked to an Incident. Both forms can be accessed via the Security Module. Security Activity Forms have a system ID that starts with FY while Security Initiated Forms have a numeric system ID.

Quick Steps Example: Adding a Security Record

1.

Open the Security module by selecting the Security tab in the main menu.

2.

On the vertical menu select Add New Incident

3.

A blank Security Form will appear.

4.

Complete the appropriate fields, including the required fields.

5.

Select the Save button.

6.

If all required fields are complete and all data is in a valid format, the successful save message will appear.
