The Reports & Analysis section of the System Functions module contains global reports related to email notifications and email alerts. The reports indicate who has received email notifications and email alerts, when the received the emails, when and if the viewed the email, how many times they viewed the email and the last time the viewed the email. The report only indicates if the user viewed the email if s/he selects the Click Here link within the email message.
