The Observations module allows you to schedule, track and analize Observation sessions. The module is divided into four functions: Observation, Observation Schedule and Reports & Analysis. In addition there are a number of training email alerts that are sent based on set criteria. The Observation function allows you to record all field observations that have been conducted. The Observation Schedule function allows you to schedule observations by assigning an employee an observation frequency. The Reports & Analysis function allows you to generate reports to see everyones observation status.
