With the Safety Inspections module you can tracks and analyze audits performed throughout your organization. The Safety Inspection module includes recording forms and checklists to be utilized for safety audits in a wide variety of areas, as well as analysis in the area of audit compliance. The module contains four types of checklists including: General Safety Checklists, OSHA Checklists - 1910, OSHA Checklists - 1926 and VPPA Checklists. The pre-set checklists are based on OSHA regulations and best practices of the safety industry. Checklists are comprised of a checklists name, number and checklists items. Each checklists item consists of a checklist number, reference number and description. A system administrator using the System Function Module is able to edit the existing checklists or add new checklists. On the recording form the user is able to assign a status to each checklists item. The status selections are 1 - Meets Requirements, 2 - Meets Requirements With Comments, 3 - Needs Improvement, 4 - Not Audited. If an item receives a 3 it is considered a deficiency.
