With the Incident module users to track and generate reports of operational and occupational incidents, accidents and near misses. Each incident is assigned a unique incident number. For each incident number there is the possibility of having five different forms associated with a single incident: Employee Form, Supervisor Form, Safety Form, Security Form and Hazardous Material Spill Form. A system administrator is able to modify the tiles of these forms and determine if each form is available. A Supervisor Form is always generated for an incident. If the other 4 forms are available the user has the ability to determine if all or none of these forms should be generated for this incident.
