Custom Trend Analysis

The Custom Trend Analysis module simplifies the task of creating trend analyses for incidents, inspections, corrective actions, hazards, training and security incidents. To link to one of these Trend Analyses, click on the Custom Trend Analysis tab located on the main menu bar. The vertical menu will appear displaying all of the forms that are available for Custom Trend Analysis. Select a specific form to perform a custom search on. After selecting a recording form, a blank version of the form will appear. The user can search for any possible entry in any of the fields on the form. If the user types an asterisk (*) in an one line text box, all forms with a response in the selected field. Searches can be made with any number of combinations of responses fields which are on the same recording form. Once the search is generated, a summary screen will appear listing the records that meet the search criteria. By clicking Export the user can export the data to excel and create customized graphs and reports.


Quick Steps Example: Running a Custom Trend on Corrective Actions

1.

Open the Custom Trend module by selecting the Custom Trend tab in the main menu.

On the vertical menu select Corrective Actions

Enter your search criteria.

4.

Select the Search button.

5.

A summary screen will appear displaying all of the records that meet the search criteria.

6.

Select the Export button to export the data to excel.
